Grady Baby Co. and Apparel is a family-run and owned business founded by Albritton Family, led by dad Terrence and mom India Albritton. Terrence and India are proud natives of Atlanta, Georgia. Terrence is a product of the Atlanta Public School System, and graduated from Charles Lincoln Harper High School in 1993. His love of printing and apparel was nurtured and matured at Georgia Southern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management.

The beginnings of Grady Baby Co and Apparel was rooted in the Albritton's eldest daughter Alexander’s #WeFull tshirt, a statement of pride and love for the city of Atlanta. The Albritton's saw this as a great opportunity to step out on faith and launch their family/black-owned business to teach their children about business, generational wealth and legacy through the fruit of their own hands. With faith, the seed has been blessed beyond anything the family could have imagined.

Today, Terrence, India, and their three children Alexander, Carrington, and Channing are the driving force behind Grady Baby Co. India is responsible for capturing and curating all digital imagery associated with the company, as well as overseeing strategic marketing initiatives. Alexander is the director of the Beltline store and the company's social media manager. Carrington and Channing, the youngest of the Albritton crew, assist Terrence and India with shipping and fulfillment.
